html5 animation alpha problems

Hi I have a number of HTML5 Animations that are being built using a transparent background. But when the animations play in a published document they lose there transparent alpha and instead play with a white background screening out the textured backdrop behind it? Does anyone know a fix to this?

Im using Adobe Edge to create the animations.
